Soliciting for Bribes in Passport Section - Washington Embassy

  I was forced to pay a bribe in the Kenyan Embassy in Washington to get my passport.There is a racket where for the officials at the embassy collude with officials in the passport office to speed up processing your passport otherwise they delay it for months. As a citizen I should not have to give a bribe to get this service.
